Booking Process

To book a Beachnest vacation rental, we require ½ of your prepaid reservation amount at the time of booking, along with your signed rental contract. Your final payment will be due 60 days prior to your check-in date (depending on the property), along with the fully refundable security deposit. Upon receipt of your rental contract and confirmation that all payments have been received, we will email you a welcome packet including access information within seven days of your arrival. Personal or cashier’s check(s), money order(s) are preferred but we can also accept your credit card for payment. Additional fees will apply.

Beachnest Vacation Rentals is a locally owned and operated vacation rental management company. Our team will work hard to find the best vacation rental property for you during your stay Santa Cruz County. We list all of our vacation rental options individually with their actual photos and amenities, so that you can choose exactly which property will suit you best.
