The Sugar Shack is located on the top floor of a 3 story building, and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with an oversized kitchen and dining area that overlooks the sights and sounds of the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor. From the top deck, you'll spot sea otters and pelicans and will feel a part of the flurry of sea life that abounds nearby. Rent kayaks for a day, or take a cruise on the Chardonnay II - all within easy walking distance of the Shack! With a generously spacious layout, and all rooms located on the same level, the Shack includes more than 1000 square feet of living space to relax and stretch out in true comfort and style! Buy your fresh fish locally either off of a boat at the wharf, or from Phil's Fish Market in Moss Landing, and enjoy preparing a meal in the gourmet chef's kitchen. Or, just relax and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets from the deck overlooking the Harbor. Direct beach access is just a flat 75 yard stroll down the street to Twin Lakes Beach. The Sugar Shack is in an excellent central location in Santa Cruz; a pleasant 3 1/2 mile ride to neighboring Capitola, or just a hop-skip-and jump to the Crow's Nest Restaurant, Café Palomar and neighboring shops at the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor.
