Custom-built in 2008, Casa Grande features a reverse floor plan with ocean view great room upstairs, high-end kitchen with Viking appliances, granite countertops, kitchen island with breakfast bar, and large sundeck with gas grill and dining table this house is largely accommodating, and set up for entertaining.

The Casa Grande has 2600 generous square feet, 4 luxurious bedrooms and large bathrooms - including three bathtubs and 3 showers.  This house features radiant floor heating, a collection of beautiful art and antiques from France, England, Spain and Morocco, two gas fireplaces, and large backyard with fire pit surrounded by comfortable seating, and private gated access to Privates Beach just down the street.

Casa Grande is walking distance to popular Capitola Village, which was voted among the Top 5 Favorite Beach Towns by Sunset Magazine.  Casa Grande is walking distance to Pleasure Point, one of the most popular surf spots in California.  Several bike and surfboard rental shops are nearby, and an array of cafes, restaurants, and retail establishments are just a short walk or bike ride away.  The historic Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is just a 10 minute drive away.

You may wish to take some surfing lessons, or charter a sailboat and view the coastline from the beautiful Monterey Bay.  Play a round of golf at well-renowned Pasatiempo Golf Course voted #11 by Golf Magazine Top 100 Courses You Can Play. Afterwards you may wish to pick up some fresh local fish at the Wharf and have our private chef grill it up in the Casa Grande's elaborate chef's kitchen. After a day of sports and sunshine, in-house massage services can be ordered to ease your cares away. After dark, the lights of Pebble Beach sparkle across the Bay less than an hour's drive to the South. 50% rental deposit required at time of booking.  Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.  7 night minimum generally required during peak season and certain holiday weeks.  4 night minimum generally required during mid and low seasons.  Please inquire about long term rates.
