Perfect for your next family vacation or business retreat—the Casa Toledo is a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom, 2800 square foot home, located in a very quiet, upscale residential neighborhood—just a short stroll away from the beach in Rio Del Mar! Casa Toledo is an executive-level house complete with full office (computer, Internet connection, printer, etc.). The Seascape Golf Course is a stone's throw away, and is a great way to team-build with your colleagues, or engage in some healthy competition with your children! The location of this home is awesome—about half way between the Monterey Peninsula and Santa Cruz, allowing equal opportunity to explore both areas! The entrance to Hidden beach is through a large grassy knoll where children love playing Frisbee, kick ball, or softball—and is a local family secret of the neighborhood! "Hidden Beach" is far removed from noise and crowds of the main beaches and yet, is in the middle of the longest walking beach in Santa Cruz County! Parents and grandparents alike will love this neighborhood's safety, seclusion and the many walking, biking and exploring opportunities that abound. The popular Rio Del Mar esplanade is a pleasant short walk away, where the Pixie Deli and Cafe Espresso serve morning coffee, and the Cafe Rio and Seabreeze tavern are ready with cocktails and dinner during the sunset hour. When you get back home, you may enjoy a long soak in hot tub overlooking the beautiful garden and breathing the cleansing sea air, or you may want to roast marsh mellows down at the beach. Fully-refundable security deposit required.
