Welcome to the “Beach Plum” in Santa Cruz! The Beach Plum is located down a quiet, residential avenue - yet is located in one of the most central and desirable locations of Santa Cruz - easy walking distance to Santa Cruz Harbor and the popular surf spot of Pleasure Point.

The “Beach Plum” is a sunny 3 bedroom, 2 bath single-level home with beautiful ocean views and an easy, flat 5 minute walk to the beach. Newly remodeled, with a gourmet kitchen including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops – you are welcomed immediately into an oversized bright and open dining and kitchen space. The adjacent living room is thoughtfully decorated in cool beach hues and is comfortably suited for 6 to 8 persons to relax around the wood burning fireplace, or watch a movie on the 42” wall mounted flat panel TV. Built-around a meticulously landscaped interior courtyard with private hot tub and warm outdoor shower, this vacation rental property sleeps 9 comfortably, and holds a crowd well.

The “Beach Plum” features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house, and a detached bunkroom with two additional extra large and extra long twin sized beds. The bunkroom features a giant TV screen and complimentary Wii – a great place for kids!

In the morning, walk up to the Windmill Coffee House for fresh coffee and pastries, before spending the day on sea kayaks available at the nearby Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor for a marginal fee. At sunset, enjoy a glass of champagne back at the Beach Plum while unwinding in the hot tub. Afterwards - you may want to walk up to nearby Aloha Island Grill - a local's favorite, for inexpensive Hawaiian beach fare.  Lastly, Farmer’s Market is held on Sunday mornings in the parking lot of the East Cliff Shopping Center – a mere 200 yards from the Beach Plum – and is not to be missed!

You can easily walk down to the Crow’s Nest for dinner and watch the boats drift in and out of the Harbor . Hop in the free water taxi and tour the Harbor stops!
