All of our homes are fully-equipped and lovingly maintained by the owners. They are located in the premiere beach neighborhoods on or near the Monterey Bay Marine Sanctuary. Each home is used regularly by the owners and their families so attention is paid to the smallest details. Some are at the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor within walking distance to Twin Lakes Beach and the Crow's Nest Restaurant. Some are located in the middle of Sunset Beach State Park - a little hamlet consisting of 60 private homes on the bluff overlooking a wide sandy beach with views from Moss Landing to Santa Cruz. We also have homes in the surfing communities of Pleasure Point and Sunny Cove Beach and in the charming village of Seacliff. Every house has high-speed wireless internet access and Comcast Cable with upgraded HBO. Some have plasma TV's and all are so well-equipped that the only things you will need to bring are your clothing and food! Each house has a binder filled with information about sites to see and restaurant recommendations written by the owners. And, of course, all of our homes will welcome your canine pal - some even have a spare supper dish and water bowl.
